had a very nice stay in the same holiday. the staff was efficient, everything was good. loved the comfy bed in my superior twin room. the location of the hotel was good and perfect - relatively near a lively petaling street market. was in a tourist area and near restaurants and cafes.

Comfort in the heart of KL

Friendly staff welcomed me with a warm smile, and the room was equipped with fast Wi-Fi, made working from the hotel enjoyable. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to get local eats and the vibrant markets of Chinatown.

I did face some challenges. The shower seemed to have an electrical fault light on, which worried me. I encountered noisy air-conditioning units outside my window, which affected the tranquility of my nights.

I had a great 4-night family stay. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. The rooftop terrace offers a nice view of the city. It's super close to restaurants, Chinatown, and a subway station.

the rooms are big size and functional with a shared bathroom, so that guests have essentials. the location marvellous and impeccable for golden triangle district, it is so close to railway, the services at the booking, and drugstore.

No fridge in the room!!! Noise from air-conditioning units right outside the window!!! Shower had an electrical fault light, which feels unsafe!!! Hand soap not supplied but only shower gel that smells bad!!!

The location is super convenient, just across from the lrt. The cozy room had everything i needed, and the staff, especially danny, were fantastic in providing directions. Guests also appreciated the comfortable beds, made for a good night's sleep.
